1 Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TradeDeploy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including company administrators, dispatchers, and any other individuals who access the Service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Notify TradeDeploy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensure that all users you add to the platform comply with these Terms
- Not share your login credentials with any third party
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TradeDeploy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
- Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Enroll employees in SMS notifications without obtaining their prior consent
Subscription & Cancellation
TradeDeploy is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. TradeDeploy reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeDeploy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. TradeDeploy's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
TradeDeploy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through your billing portal.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.
2 Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
TradeDeploy collects the following categories of information to operate the Service:
- Account information: Company name, administrator name, email address, and billing information
- Employee records: Employee names, trade classifications, phone numbers, hourly rates, and certifications — entered by your company
- Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited within the application
- Dispatch records: Job site assignments, report times, and dispatch timestamps
- Consent records: Timestamp of SMS consent confirmation for each enrolled employee
How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to provide and improve the TradeDeploy Service, including:
- Delivering SMS dispatch notifications to enrolled employees
- Maintaining crew roster and project assignment records
- Processing subscription billing via Stripe
- Providing customer support
- Improving product features based on usage patterns
We Never Sell Your Data
TradeDeploy does not sell, rent, or trade your data or your employees' data to any third party for any purpose, including marketing. Employee phone numbers are used exclusively for operational dispatch notifications and nothing else.
Third-Party Services
TradeDeploy uses the following trusted third-party providers to operate the Service:
- Twilio — for sending SMS dispatch notifications
- Stripe — for subscription billing and payment processing
- Supabase — for authentication and database hosting
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data protection practices. We share only the minimum information required for each service to function.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years as required for compliance purposes.
