SMS Messaging Terms
TradeDeploy Workforce Dispatch
Enrolled employees receive transactional dispatch notifications only. Messages include job site name and address, report time, and foreman contact information. No marketing messages, promotions, or unsolicited content will ever be sent.
At most one SMS per workday — sent only when your employer issues a dispatch for that day. No message is sent on days you are not assigned.
Employees are added to TradeDeploy by their employer. Before an employee's phone number is saved in the system, the employer must check an explicit consent checkbox that reads:
"By checking this box, I confirm that this employee has explicitly agreed to receive automated SMS text messages from TradeDeploy for job site dispatch notifications including work location, report time, and foreman contact information. Message and data rates may apply. Employee may opt out at any time by replying STOP."
This consent is recorded with a timestamp and the employee's phone number in our database. No messages are sent to any phone number without this consent being recorded first.
Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. A confirmation will be sent upon opt-out and no further messages will be delivered.
Employer opens TradeDeploy and clicks Add Employee
Employer enters employee name, trade, and phone number
Employer checks the required consent checkbox confirming the employee has agreed to receive SMS
Employee record is saved with consent timestamp
Employee receives dispatch SMS notifications on workdays when assigned to a project
Opt-In Consent UI
The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. The employer must actively click to confirm consent before the form can be saved.
Reply STOP to any TradeDeploy message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-enroll, contact your employer.
